Diversity & Inclusion:
Diversity is the way of the future. Yet, how do you promote diversity & inclusion in an impactful way without disrupting systems? Our unique method of combining cultural celebration with diversity education will bring a fresh perspective to your diversity & inclusion efforts without disrupting systems already in place.
Our mission is to connect people through culture. We help organizations do this by hosting cultural celebrations with a purpose. We can also support internal Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to make their celebrations more impactful.
We begin with an important cultural holiday such as:
- Hispanic Heritage Month
- Black History Month
- International Men's/Women's Day
- End of Ramadan
Next, we host a celebration around that event. The events are intended to be fun and celebratory for the end user yet the environment is constructed in a way to mimic a diversity training environment but in an experiential way. The purpose is to decrease biases and bring people from different backgrounds together all while having great fun together.
