Our Mission

We are a professional cultural etiquette consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. We assist western professionals with interests in the Middle East & North Africa region (MENA) become familiar with good cultural etiquette.

The Islamic countries of the Middle East and Africa are often unknown and sometimes feared by westerners. Many have little exposure to the culture and have hesistations about living and working in these countries. While there is a discipline required to live in the Islamic world that is not necessary in western countries, there is also a tremendous cultural upside that is largely unknown.

We would be delighted to assist you in making your transition to the MENA region pleasant and enjoyable.

Our Story

We are a husband and wife team who understand first hand the value of good manners across cultures. The story of IIC Firm is really a story about us & if you have ever lived or worked in foreign cultures, it’s about you too.
