We were hired to implement a four hour training session for 250 internal ACGME employees utilizing our Bonded in Allyship training framework to build upon equity skill sets and increase skill in navigating critical equity conversations. Content was customized for the client and data collected to demonstrate efficacy. Feedback was so positive we were re-hired for a multi-year training engagement.
