Our Projects

AT&T

We trained 600 supervisors in our signature Bonded Allyship method over a series of sessions. We customized the content for this client and were rated “Highly Effective” by participants.

WAFP

We trained their Board of Directors in foundational equity skills over a 2 year period, data was collected and presented to demonstrate efficacy of training. We also had a strategy session with the board to integrate their racial equity commitments into their overall strategic plan.

Touro University

We trained first and second year medical students in our signature Bonded in Allyship training method with great success and have been invited back for additional trainings. The University provost personally hired us to deliver a University wide series of equity training sessions. We recently created a customized SCORM compliant, on-demand equity training on cultural humility for Touro.

Trinity Health

We were hired to do executive leadership training for the client’s C-Suite. We customized our Bonded in Allyship content and collected data to measure our performance and training effectiveness. Dr. Behzadi was offered a job on the spot twice during this session! We were also invited back to speak at an Equity event that drew over 1300 participants for her live Allyship webinar.
